FormulaOne/Llumar Precision Cut Digital Computer Patterns

Since 1998 FormulaOne of Raleigh has been utilizing the Digital Computer cut system to cut window film patterns for our clients vehicles. Our Raleigh Store uses a 60" plotter with the Llumar Precision cut software system and the Apex Store uses a 48" plotter with the Llumar Precision cut software system.  

The advantages of using a Window tint shop that utilizes the computer/plotter system setup are as follows:

• All patterns have been thoroughly tested and are used throughout the United States
• All edges are smooth and continuous.
• Keeps the installer from having to hand cut patterns on the vehicle, Hand cutting can cause small cuts in the glass. Hand cutting can also be the cause for cut seals and rubber trim and gaskets around your windows.
• Patterns are more uniform from one window to the next allowing for a more factory looking installation.
